First, the good news! After almost 10 years in real estate, I am in the top 5% of REALTORS® at Royal LePage across Canada. My and my team’s goal is always to create raving fans (most who also become our friends) who refer everyone they know back to us so we can take care of them every step of the way with every single move.

I am raising my two teenage girls Mia and Chelsea to be as passionate about life as I am and that seems to be going in the right direction as well. Mia really wants to be a high school math teacher and I am hoping Chelsea will do a marketing degree and join me in real estate!

But then there is golf… I have played golf every season for 4 years now and somehow I keep getting worse. It could be that I only really like using 3 clubs (not sure what the rest in the bag are for…) or I love chatting so much with my teammates that I forget to look at distances or where the water hazards are. Most days, my goal is simply to lose fewer balls than there are holes.

I am an avid reader and am fascinated by books about mindset, happiness and I also love great fiction. I probably read at least 2 books a month. This year I combined my love of books with my love of connecting with people and started a book club. It’s going swimmingly. Never mind that my girls argue that listening to books is not the same as reading them but at least they argue with passion.

Give me a call anytime. I love talking to real humans over just texting. My kids would say it’s because I don’t like reading but what do they know?

I “found my lobster” and settled in Dartmouth. I'm a condo owner, relishing that maintenance-free lifestyle that frees up time for the things I love most.

If maintaining friendships counts as a hobby it’s at the top of my list. I'm proud to say they are an essential part of my being and I cherish each connection I've made throughout my different stages of life. I still have my 10 best friends from high school and when wedding season hits, I'm like a whirlwind of love and laughter, celebrating with them across the map.

I have a 4 year background in the real estate industry beginning in marketing and admin and I got licensed in 2019. I’ve been able to learn the business from the ground up in both the Annapolis Valley & Halifax, which has allowed me to develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills. I became a part of 73 realty group in 2021, and the sense of alignment I've experienced since then has been unparalleled.

Yep, I've got a degree in Criminology that hasn't seen the light of day (ouch!). But don't fret, I've got some serious perks from it that work wonders in real estate – like analytical thinking, attention to detail, and top-notch communication and negotiation skills.My teammates will tell you, I'm head over heels for checklists and structure, however, I'm also the kind of person who can quickly adapt to new challenges, often being the first to volunteer to meet new clients or handle tasks on short notice—always with a can-do attitude.

When not working, you'll likely find me at the gym or taking my “dog mom” role to the next level with my adorable Frenchie, Maverick, who's got a bigger TikTok following than I do – the real star of the show! We're always up for our next adventure, whether it's shopping, a day at the beach, a stroll in our neighbourhood, or a cozy evening at home. One of the things I love most about living out East is its small-world charm and how connections are effortlessly made. If you’re looking to relocate, I’ve been through it and would love to offer my advice.

I bought my first house when I was 18, and 7 houses later I keep climbing the property ladder!

I joined 73 realty group in 2023 and I am the gal creating magic behind the lens. I've also been a dedicated member of the real estate industry for six years, five of those being a realtor myself so I have valuable insights into the industry, branding, understand market trends, client needs, and the unique aspects of various properties. (Shout out to my marketing diploma )

I grew up in Ontario, but after I swiped right on an East Coaster, a pretty epic love story unfolded, and here we are!

I love interior design and creating beautiful and functional spaces. Whether it's reimagining a room's layout or selecting the perfect color palette, I love the art of transforming spaces into cozy, welcoming havens. I completed a full renovation of my air b&b this year @laurinnesplace and next up is my kitchen!

If it’s a Thursday night you can most definitely find me cuddled up on the couch with my doodle Baloo and a glass of wine, watching some variation of the Bachelor franchise
